Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Return-to-sport programs built around your load, not a template.
Now accepting new patients
A boutique practice for people who want more than fifteen minutes and a printed sheet. Hands-on assessment, considered rehab, and a plan you can actually follow.

Today
A quieter kind of clinic.
What we do
Every session begins with a proper listen and a proper look. From there, treatment is a mix of manual therapy, targeted exercise, and a plan you'll actually remember on Tuesday.
Return-to-sport programs built around your load, not a template.
Back, neck and joint pain — assessed, explained, and treated in plain language.
Structured recovery from orthopaedic surgery, in step with your surgeon.
Long-standing pain deserves a plan longer than a single visit.
Hands-on mobilisation and soft-tissue work where it's genuinely useful.
Strength and mobility programs designed around real weeks and real bodies.
Start with what hurts
Where it hurts
Disc-related pain, stiffness, chronic postural load.
Hover, tap or tab through the map. Not a diagnostic tool — a starting point for the conversation.

Our approach
A first session runs an hour. We take a history that actually goes somewhere, examine the tissue and the movement, and talk through what's likely happening in language you can carry home.
Then we work — hands-on where it helps, and with the kind of exercise prescription that fits into a real week. You leave with a plan you understand and the reasons behind it.
In their words
"Explained more in one session than three specialists managed in a year."
"The first physio who didn't hand me a printed sheet and send me home."
"Careful, honest, and unbelievably good with their hands."
"I finally understand what my shoulder was doing."
